What size should I order?

I am in-between sizing, what size should I order?

If you are in-between sizes we recommend sizing up. If you still need help, please reach out to customerservice@janeandmac.com

 

I just placed by order, when will it ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping out.

 

How do I place a return or exchange?

I want to cancel/make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, any order placed cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

What if my order arrives damaged/faulty?

I received the wrong order, what do I do?

If you received an item different than what you ordered, please contact us immediately at customerservice@janeandmac.com. 

 

What if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item is sold out, please sign up for our email subscription so we can let you know when the item is back in stock.

 

I have been issued a Store Credit, how long does it last?

Jane and Mac store credit expires after 1 year.

 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

At this time, we do NOT deliver to PO boxes.
